Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Carbn collects, why, and who it is shared with. Carbn is a personal car-modification renderer: you upload a photo of a car, pick or describe a build, and Carbn generates a new image. There is no social feed, no public profile, and nothing you create is shared with other users.

What we collect

• The photo you upload for a render, and the generated result.
• Account data: an anonymous device-linked identifier (via Firebase Authentication) — we do not require your name, email, or phone number to use Carbn.
• Purchase data: subscription and credit-pack purchase status, handled by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Basic usage data (which screens are used, crash reports) to keep the app working.

How it's collected

Directly from you, when you upload a photo, sign in, or make a purchase. We never access your photo library beyond the single photo you actively pick, and we never read your camera roll in the background.

Before your photo is sent anywhere

The first time you generate a build, Carbn shows you a plain-language screen explaining that your photo is about to be sent to our AI rendering provider, and asks you to confirm before it proceeds. If you decline, no photo is sent and no generation happens.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to make Carbn work, and we send them only what each feature needs:

• Wiro AI — when you generate a build, your uploaded photo is sent to Wiro's API to produce the result. We do not send your name, email, or any account identifier along with it — only the image itself and the style or prompt you picked.
• Google Firebase — hosts our backend: authentication, the database that stores your generation history and credit balance, file storage for your photos and results, and the server functions that talk to Wiro. Firebase is a Google Cloud service and protects data to an equivalent standard under Google's own data processing terms.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription and credit-pack purchases and tells our backend when a purchase succeeds, so we can grant credits or premium access.
• Apple — processes all in-app purchases directly; we never see your payment details.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Your uploaded photos, generated results, and account data are kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your photos, results, and account data from our systems.

Your rights

You can view your generation history and delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. If you have a question about your data that the app doesn't answer, contact us at support@carbnmodifier.app.

Children

Carbn is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you in the app.
